New Blog Feature: Comment Spam Filter

Apparently 93% of all blog comments across the internet are spam and MosaicGlobe blogs are no different. We have been targeted by spammers as of late and in response we have integrated Aksimet; a spam filter for blog comments. You don't need to do anything to use the service, it has already been installed on every blog across the network.

Creativity Competition Results

A big thanks to everyone that participated in the Creativity Competition.  A minor change in the awards: 1 year of free hosting is now just free hosting. That goes for everyone that won hosting in the last two competitions as well. Cheers!

We were late posting the results of the last Competition so this time around we're doing it early. The judging isn't getting any easier but we managed to widdle the hundreds of entrants into 16 - with 4 of those being deemed fantastic; that is, the judges believe they displayed the strongest portfolios in their respective categories. Check out the recipients here. Then check out the prospectus for the next competition! This time we're going to have categories for painting, mixed-media, decorative arts and photography.
