The photography of the German based artist, Anna Malina Zemlianskin is in the spirit of those archival grainy 19th century medical photos. Only these found photos are documenting the world of odd science and paranormal curiosities. A majority of the work on the site is self-portraits referencing the supernatural and/or mental states of being and according to the artist "tell stories about all the other girls that are living in my head".

Born in Mosul, Iraq, Shahin Aldhahir's work depicts the struggles of life in war torn Iraq and the anguish kindled by an occupation of foreign forces. Utilizing bold lines and muted colors, these paintings reference despair, mental and physical imprisonment and personal sorrow. Beyond politics and diatribe, Shanin's work is stark, passionate and a very personal form of artistic expression.

It is apparent from viewing this work that the artist has a natural understanding of visual aesthetics and a firm grasp of drawing 101. What isn't immediately apparent is that the work is 100% digital. UK Artist, Wen-Xi Chen is a premier digital illustrator who has mastered the pixel canvas. Expertly using a wacom tablet in lieu of brushes and Photoshop and/or Painter as the medium, her illustrative work ranges from expressive brushwork to emotive photo manipulations.

Andrew Boyce

As the site says, Andrew Boyce is indeed an Artist & Craftsman. Beyond that, he is a prolific artists whose work is inventive and varied. It includes intricately detailed wooden sculptures as well as beautifully simple wooden bowls, pots and silverware that let the natural patterns of the medium add to the expressive work. Being an expert in many mediums, the artist has also created a series of detailed shields and weaponry which emulates natural metal and lumber materials using resins, plywood and various 'faux' techniques.
