Hailing from Illinois and working from Tokyo, Kathryn Wilson's photography is an exploration of meditative, otherworldly imagery within an a somber, sometimes grim, environment. Wilson's portfolio is presented as 3 separate projects that consist of imaginatively, staged, scenarios with an allegorical slant. The 'Failed Attempts' series showcases the somewhat humorous aftermath of, well...something attempted - while the remaining two series ('inhuman' and 'so much to learn' ) are equally surreal with a more ominous undertones.Honorable Mentions:

Although she is quite adept with a variety of medium, Angelique Price excels with her method of choice - markers. Each drawing is keenly illustrated with fields of brilliant pure color, patched together to form the compositional whole. Although her subject matter is diverse, there are reoccurring themes of iconic figures and self portraiture with some references to the visual lexicon of tattooing.Honorable Mentions:

Ariel Noguera

Ariel Noguera is currently pursuing a degree in arts and has established a broad collection of visual interests which influence her body of work. Her portfolio includes a diverse range of illustrations and experiments in an extensive variety of mediums, including pen, pencil, ink, watercolor, digital manipulation, stencils and airbrushing. Consistent throughout her work is a awareness of color, compositions and an illustrative flair that cannot be taught.Honorable Mentions:

Siddiqa Summers

Siddiqa "Sidi" Summers lives and works in the south of spain producing one of a kind scarves jewelry and bags. Sidi's vivid silk scarves feature the organic patterns only a handmade product can produce and the graphically adorned bags are as expressive as the are functional. The site also showcases a wide range of unique felted, leather and polymer clay jewelry in a jumble of shapes and sizes.
