MosaicGlobe - Your free artist portfolio website, blog and art directory

I'm sorry to be such a dunce (but the dunces are your market, right?)... I tried making a slide show with ProShow Gold to add it to my MG site. Here's the code it says to cut and paste:

PhotodexObject("ProShow","objectname","art.px",640,480);
PresenterControls("objectname",640);

Can I not use this because it's in javascript? Help?

Hi Megan, Javascript is a major security issue with MosaicGlobe. Since everyones site is related in our system, one fatal script could bring down all of our sites. So we decided not to allow javascript within the pages. We have considered allowing scripts that call to know sites in at some point. Flickr would be a good example. We are also looking into some slideshow type functionality as well. As you can imaging our wishlist is pretty long. Thanks for your patience.
