just wondering if there are any plans for uploading video in the mosaic globe future?

Yes we do have plans to create a video library page type. This will most likely use an embedded Quicktime/AVI player. No timeline as of yet. Links from youtube.com do work on the site if you don't mind linking your work from elsewhere.
